■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
AWSを主としたクラウド技術とオープンソースソフトウェアを利用して、PlayStation Networkの効率的な設計・構築・運用を行います。
PlayStation Networkは全世界で1億人を超えるアクティブユーザーを有しており、ユーザーの反応をダイレクトに感じられる環境の中で、ユーザーに最高のエクスペリエンスを提供すべく、さらなる発展に向けて日々チャレンジしています。
担当領域としては、Embedded SREの形でアプリケーション開発者と同じScrumに参画し、新規システムの設計、構築から始まり、デプロイ、障害対応までシステムのライフサイクル全体を担います。
また、モニタリングやCICDツールの導入/改善、耐障害性テスト/パフォーマンス改善などのサービスの信頼性向上に関わる施策、Developerに対してSRE業務をオンボードする/SREも開発に参加するといったDevOpsの推進も行なっていきます。

■組織・職場紹介/Description of responsibilities of the hiring
PlayStation Networkの企画・設計・開発・運用を担っているエンジニアリング部門です。 PlayStationのライフサイクルを構成する、クライアントソフトウェアからゲームコンテンツ配信・販売機能、オンラインゲーム機能、ソーシャルコミュニティ機能等のプラットフォームサービス迄、幅広くコンシューマーやゲームデベロッパーに提供しています。 20代、30代のメンバーが多い若い世代の部署で、技術、コスト、効率といったことを論点にフラットな議論ができる職場です。職業柄ゲームが好きな社員が多く、PlayStationに対する思い入れも強いです。海外との協業も多いため、ミーティングはもちろん、海外出張等もあります。 PlayStation5の成功を更に加速させ、その先のPlayStationビジネスを切り拓く熱意のある方をお待ちしております！

■必要とされる専門性・経験/Job experience & Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
・Linuxを用いたサーバ構築/運用/障害対応の経験
・TCP/IP、HTTPなどのネットワークプロトコルに関する基礎知識
・周囲とオープンなコミュニケーションが取れる方

【歓迎（WANT）】
・パブリッククラウドの利用経験
・大規模サービス/マイクロサービスの構築・運用経験
・AWS ECS/EKS、Kubernetes等のコンテナ技術の利用経験
・TerraformやChef等を利用したサーバ構築経験
・Ops業務の自動化を目的としたPython、Ruby等でのスクリプト作成経験
・Apache、Tomcatで動作するWEBアプリケーションの運用経験、パラメータチューニング経験
・MySQL、Memcached、Redis、AWS DynamoDBなどのストレージ・キャッシュ技術の運用経験
・SaaS型の監視ツール、APMツールの活用経験
・障害対応および改善内容等を論理的に説明できるコミュニケーション力
・アプリケーションの開発経験

■語学力 / Language Skills
グローバルに存在する各拠点のエンジニア・スタッフとの密な連携のため、英語によるコミュニケーション（メール、電話会議、出張）が必要になります。
