【職務内容】
・PlayStation コンソール上のネットワーク機能とSDKの開発
・ライブラリや常駐機能(UIを持たない)の開発が主要な領域
・ソフトウェア開発のライフサイクルにおいて、要件の定義、設計、実装(コーディング)、テスト設計と実施(CICD化含む)、リリースのためのドキュメンテーション、利用者(ゲーム開発者含む) のサポート、不具合対応、など、ほぼすべての局面を担当
・ネットワークプロトコルの設計や実装
・主に C/C++を使用した開発 (比率は多くはないが C#, JavaScript なども機会がある)
・アジャイルな開発スタイルで開発実施

【組織・職場紹介】
PlayStation Network を支えるクライアントとサーバを担当する部の中における、クライアント側 (PlayStationのゲーム機本体側) を担当する課からの募集となります。複数のチームから構成された課であり、一人一人の担当領域は広いです。クライアント側開発チームとして、サーバ側の開発チームとも密に連携し、設計相談や、テストや不具合解析での協業機会が多いです。ゲーム開発者は全世界にいるため、グローバルな社内のサポートチームと連携し、私たちが開発・提供しているSDKの技術サポートも行います。リモートワーク主体の職場にはなっていますが、ハッカソンなどの社内のソーシャルイベントに参加する機会も豊富で、活発な交流があります。

■必要とされる専門性・経験/Job experience & Qualifications

【必須(MUST)】

・商用製品開発向けの C/C++ 開発経験 5年以上

・メーカーなどの事業会社でのクライアント/サーバ型モデルにおけるクライアント側のネットワークプログラミング、マルチスレッドプログラミング開発の経験
　※ゲーム業界での開発経験は必須ではありません。メーカーなどデジタル機器の開発経験のある方を歓迎します。

・チームでの開発経験

・TLS / SSL に関する業務経験 (OpenSSL など)

【歓迎(WANT)】
・利用者に対してC/C++のヘッダファイルで責務の界面を定義しながらライブラリを提供した経験
・ネットワークプロトコルに対する理解 e.g. HTTP(1.1, 2.0), TLS/SSL, RFC
・REST API に関する理解
・チーム開発において Technical なリードをした経験
・オープンソースのコントリビュート経験
・Visual Studio での開発
・svn, github を活用した開発
・組み込み機器開発のような実行環境のメモリリソースを意識した開発経験
・大規模なソフトウェア開発組織（例えば相手の顔も知らない利用者を含む多数の利用者がいる組織）における開発経験
・RFC を読み解いて通信プロトコルを実装した経験

■語学力 / Language Skills
・英語
-英文で他部署とテキストコミュニケーション(メールやslackなど) をとることは日常的にある。
・日本語
-ネイティブまたは日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上が望ましい
