PS5,PS4,Win,iOS,Android,Mac など複数のプラットフォームで動作するアプリおよびサーバー機能の開発を行っています。

プラットフォームをまたがる機能の案件整理や新しい技術の調査や導入を検討する開発リーダーを求めています。

実装を含めエンジニア観点で製品仕様やデザインの調整を行い、アプリリリース後は問題の解析や改善計画など、プロダクトの全体にかかわる分野を担当します。

■組織・職場紹介/Description of responsibilities of the hiring
PlayStationのシステムソフトウエアを開発する部署です。
システムソフトウェアは、OS・デバイスドライバ・DRM・オーディオ/ビデオ/グラフィックシステム・ユーザーインターフェースなど様々な要素から構成されていて、ゲームデベロッパー様向けのSDK提供も開発業務に含まれています。
プラットフォームソフトウエア開発部門ではそのほとんど全ての開発に携わっていますが、今回はそのうちのネットワークを使ったストリーミング機能の開発要員を募集します。
担当部署は、チームでアプリに搭載する機能を検討しリリース計画を立て世の中に製品を出しています。
主体的に働くことができるとともに、様々なプラットフォームにアプリを提供しているためPlayStationを含め様々な環境で開発経験を積むことができます。
海外とのやり取りも多く、コミュニケーション面についても様々な経験ができる職場です。

■求められる実務経験領域・経験年数
【必須（MUST)】
・C/C++ を使ったソフトウェア開発/5年以上
・TCP/IPなどのネットワーク開発/5年

【歓迎（WANT）】
・JAVA/Swift/React/C# のいずれかを使った開発

■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【いずれかがあれば尚可】
・モバイルアプリ開発
・PCアプリケーション開発
・Video、Audio コーデック技術
・ネットワーク通信技術（QUICなど）
・P2P通信技術（WebRTC など）
・コンテンツDRM技術
・UI開発

■求められる人物像
・責任感があること

■求められる語学力
・TOEIC730相当以上の英語スキルを有することが望ましい
