日本のチームはGlobalチームの中で主に日本・アジア市場向けの広告ビジネスを担当し、日本を拠点に業務を行っています。


Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to lead our PlayStation advertising team and drive sales of our advertising products. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, leading the advertising team, and managing client relationships to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
・Understand customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet their needs
・Lead the PlayStation advertising team and ensure smooth communication with clients
・Set sales targets and develop plans to achieve them
・Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
・Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of advertising campaigns

Organization & Workplace Introduction:
The PlayStation Advertising Team is a part of the Global Marketing department and is responsible for selling advertising on PlayStation platforms. The Japanese team is primarily responsible for the advertising business in the Japanese and Asian markets, with a focus on the PlayStation console and other gaming-related products. The team is based in Japan and reports to the Global Advertising Sales team. 

 


<応募資格/Qualifications>

【必須(MUST)】
・ゲーム、エンタテインメント、デジタルメディア領域での8年以上の広告営業の経験
・広告営業としての確かな営業実績
・マルチチャネルの広告キャンペーンを実施した確かな実績
・大規模組織での部門横断的な業務および運営経験
・広告主様との関係構築、交渉する能力を備えた対人コミュニケーションスキル
・広告チームおよび部門横断での高いチームワーク構成力
・日本語および英語による、文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力
・海外出張が可能であること


【Required (MUST)】
・8+ years of experience in advertising and digital media, with a focus on the gaming industry.
・Proven track record of successful advertising campaigns and business results.
・Experience in managing and executing multi-channel advertising campaigns.
・Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients and negotiate contracts.
・High teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
・Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
・Ability to travel internationally.
