■職務内容
1. パブリッククラウドおよびコンテナプロジェクトの技術リーダーとして、重要なビジネスサービスのコアシステムインフラのエンジニアリング、実装、保守を行う。
2. Gitを使用した自動デプロイによるシステム改善、CICDパイプラインの管理。
3. 社内プロセスを合理化するツールを使って自動化する。システムの構築、保守、監視をより効率的に行う方法を模索する。
4. サービスのインシデントに適切に対処し、データセンター基盤やクラウドインフラが最適に稼働し、サービスが提供されるようにする。
5. 課題や問題を定義し、関与する複数の情報源から情報を収集し、データを評価・分析し、適切な解決策を提案、実行する。
6. 専門性が高いシステムや独自のシステムをサポートし、デバッグ、ネットワーク、インフラストラクチャー基盤システムのトラブルシューティング、配備を支援する。

■求められる実務経験領域・経験年数/Job experience & length of experience years
【必須(MUST)】
・IT企業もしくは企業のIT部門での実務経験３年以上。５年以上の経験者歓迎。
・システムの管理および設計におけるベストプラクティスの知識。
・中上級レベルの設計と実装の経験： コンテナ、Docker、Linux、AWS、Ansible、Git、Terraform、およびインストール、設定、管理。
・Bash、Python、PowerShellなどのスクリプト言語の使用経験。
・システムの可用性を担保するための設計と実装及びバックアップの方法についての確かな経験と理解。
・４年制大学以上を卒業または同等の資格。
【歓迎(WANT)】
・上流工程（システム企画、要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計）の知識。
・ハイブリッド環境におけるパブリッククラウドプロバイダーとの渉外業務経験。
・チャット、メール、ビデオ会議等で海外スタッフとコミュニケーションが取れる英語力。
