SIDEARM Sports, a leader in the collegiate website development industry, is actively seeking a Project Management Assistant to join our Project Management team for the summer. As part of our PM department, a successful candidate will assist with the on-boarding processes for SIDEARM’s newest clients along with the guided management of the redesign process for current clients. When a new or current client signs a contract to launch a new SIDEARM site, there are multiple steps in the timeline process a client must go through to successfully launch their site. A person in this position will help with client setup, assist in communication throughout the process, review the test site and manage post launch tasks, like QA, search and analytic setup. These daily tasks make attention to detail and a solid work ethic crucial for this position. If you have what it takes to be part of a winning team, we encourage you to apply! RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist with clent setup in timeline process
- Compile and input client specific milestones and content guides to be sent to clients
- Draft sample launch emails
- QA newly launched sites
- Manage setup of site searches and client analytics
- Participate in client timeline related meetings and discussions

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Outlook and the Office 365 suite

Pay Transparency
The approximate base pay range for this position is $16 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
