ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with our Customer Support Reps who are on the frontlines, the Customer Support Coordinator will manage the backend process for helping small businesses get approved for and administer their health insurance coverage. This is an operational and analytical role, ensuring that customer account information is accurate, executing and resolving a high volume of administrative tickets, following up with health insurance carriers, and staying on top of processes to prioritize against key deadlines. You also will identify bottlenecks in the process while proposing solutions to streamline workflows and improve key performance metrics. There are several paths this role could grow into: Operations, Data Analytics, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing.
WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT?
Undergraduate degree in any relevant field (business, psychology)
0-2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or administrative role
Organized, efficient and highly productive
Meticulous attention to detail
