Revenue Marketing Coordinator

Location: Ghent

Position Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented, driven marketing professional looking to make an impact in the exciting world of B2B events? Showpad is seeking a Revenue Marketing Coordinator to lead the charge in coordinating unforgettable field events and webinars that connect with key stakeholders and bring our message to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Execution: Lead and organize event execution, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies. Keep stakeholders updated to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Budget Management: Track expenses to keep events within budget and report on spending regularly.
  • On-Site Logistics: Oversee event logistics, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for attendees.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of each event, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement to refine future events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in field marketing or a related role (or a degree in a relevant field).
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with a passion for creating scalable, repeatable marketing initiatives.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders and representing Showpad professionally.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Zoom webinars, and Agile methodologies is a bonus!
  • Willingness to Travel: Up to 20% travel to manage events on-site.
