Variable Compensation Team Lead

Position Overview:

Showpad, an award-winning leader in sales enablement, is on the hunt for a passionate Team Lead for Variable Compensation to help us drive high-performing compensation programs across our global organization. You’ll empower teams, influence performance, and shape incentive plans that align with our growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor the variable compensation team, guiding them to excel through effective leadership and support.
- Manage variable compensation Programs for both GTM and non-GTM teams, crafting incentives that drive key behaviours and support our culture.
- Collaborate Across Teams—Partner with Finance, People, and GTM leaders to ensure alignment on strategic and operational needs.
- Analyse & Improve—Dive deep into data to measure plan effectiveness, provide insights to stakeholders, and continuously innovate our processes. You are driving cross-departmental impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Business or related fields, with strong experience in Sales Compensation or Total Rewards.
- A born problem solver, you thrive in situations taking both qualitative feedback as well as quantitative data & combine insights to drive change throughout the business by means of impactful stakeholder management.
- Proven leadership in managing teams or leading projects, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Analytical expertise, especially with spreadsheets and compensation software (e.g., Captivate IQ, Quotapath, etc.). PowerBI experience is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a knack for mentoring.
