Position Overview:

As the Revenue Marketing Manager (Events) you are at the forefront, getting our message directly to our most important internal and external stakeholders. You partner closely with sales and marketing leadership on creating and progressing pipeline and are an integral part of our collective success. You are trusted by sales and your partnership helps the company achieve our business’ revenue targets. You have the ability to influence marketing strategy and execution, and through your unique insight are able to spearhead programs to more effectively grow our business. 



Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Align marketing activities including events to defined program goals, connecting everything to our overarching framework and strategy.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project briefs and timelines, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Provide updates and progress to key stakeholders regularly. 
  • Create event marketing initiatives with a global focus. Coordinate with regional partners on strategy, localization, and execution.
  • Track, analyze and report out regularly on performance, surfacing data-driven insights to improve efficiency, identify areas of opportunity, and define strategies focused on the largest potential impact.
  • Collaborate across internal GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, CS, BDR, Enablement) to capture, convert, and nurture high-quality pipeline.
  • Identification, management, and execution of owned and sponsored events. Planning and logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, speaker identification, and onsite execution.
  • Support expansion opportunities of high-value customers through targeted ABM efforts.




Minimum Requirements: 

 

  • Five+ years of marketing experience in an event marketing or similar role
  • In-depth understanding of how to effectively build and execute marketing project strategy, particularly event strategy
  • Data driven and analytical mindset: We are building repeatable and programmatic growth
  • Strong people skills: You’ll be working with a number of different stakeholders across the organization and across partners
  • Strong organizational skills: Managing multiple projects and tasks
  • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, 6sense, Marketo, Outreach is a plus

 

Travel Requirements: Up to 20%
