ShopStyle is looking for Senior Manager of Partnerships to manage a team of Partner Managers responsible for double digit revenue growth from retailer partnerships at ShopStyle. This position will have an active role in growing partnerships through presentation of opportunities and negotiation, strategic planning for portfolio growth, and designing innovative marketing campaigns for partners.
Coach and manage team of Partner Managers and Associates to help attain revenue targets and achieve higher level of mastery of role.
Develop, communicate and iterate on best practices that will serve as the foundation for this growing team
Own and manage key partnerships from pitch to development and follow through on execution of long-term strategies
Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
Partner with Director of Partnerships to accurately forecast existing revenue pipelines as well as expected revenue from new spend
Reinforce our position as a leading performance-based channel by staying on top of industry trends and developing solutions that meet our partners’ needs
Act as lead representative with major affiliate networks; attend regular meetings and own affiliate network growth strategy
Work across technical and finance teams internally to resolve issues that impact our business, our partners and consumers
Attend client meetings and industry conferences as needed
Deliver and exceed against quarterly and semi-annual revenue targets
Up to 25% travel may be required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
A minimum of 4-5 years excelling in a sales or business development role preferred
A minimum of 2-3 years of management and experience building and scaling account managers or sales teams
Experience working with marketing/executive leaders within client organizations
Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes and strategies to drive new revenue for business
Proven experience increasing year over year revenue as both an individual contributor and manager
Analytical approach to identifying and solving client issues
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, & Salesforce
Interest and knowledge in the fashion, commerce, and/or tech space
