We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Solution Architecture & Data Migration to lead the design and implementation of scalable APIs, developer toolkits, and data streaming solutions. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver architectures that enable seamless integrations and power innovative solutions for our clients. Your leadership will directly shape our platform’s capabilities, driving technical excellence and empowering developers to create transformative outcomes. Please note this is a hybrid role, with in-office expectations 2 days/week in our Marin County, California WeWork office for Bay-area based candidates. 

You will have the opportunity to: 

  • Design and implement scalable APIs, developer kits, and data streaming solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with business needs.
  • Lead solution development, ensuring performance and best practices.
  • Mentor teams and promote modern development practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance platform capabilities.

We are looking for you if you have: 

  • Expertise in designing and implementing APIs, developer toolkits, and data streaming solutions.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture within SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of modern development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Bonus points 

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with the Auto service industry. 
  • Familiarity with VoIP platforms 

In the United States the range is typically a salary of $170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
