Position Title: Team Lead, Campaign Operations | Brand Platform
Location: Remote

About the role

The Brand Partnership Team Lead of Campaign Operations is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and developing a campaign management team. This person will be responsible for the team’s collaboration with external agencies, brand clients, internal sales, and social media influencers to prepare & execute campaigns and measure & report on their effectiveness. This position prioritizes gaining valuable experience and skills in the influencer marketing space. This role requires dedication to detail, world-class follow-through, and a personality that is up to the task of shouldering considerable responsibilities that may change day to day. This individual must ensure that information is presented accurately and appropriately and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met promptly. This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure and is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary. As there is client interaction, strong communication skills and a composed, professional demeanor are required. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

How you will make an impact

  • Develop employee capabilities and competencies in campaign planning, execution, and tracking & measurement.
  • Oversee the regular measurement of campaign ROIs while keeping external and internal campaign tracking and reporting documents up to date.
  • Join brand calls of highly profitable/profit potential brands to support sales by securing additional budgets. Provide additional strategy and insight to the sales team for future pitches as needed.
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • Evaluate and approve integrated social marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers
  • Routine communication and campaign updates to sales and clients
  • Responsible for client escalations to full resolution
  • Collaborate with team members on new ideas, directions, and tools for marketing and communications
  • Assess, plan, and implement special projects under the direction of sales and operations directors
  • Train/share beneficial practices for the growth of the department
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Motivate individuals. Reward and promote based on performance
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises 
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
  • Communicate information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and relevant social platforms

What you will bring to LTK

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience strongly preferred OR 3 years influencer industry specific experience. Experience in the marketing field is a plus. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing/manipulating numbers and data to derive insights. Strong proficiency with Excel required.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email and telephone communication. Presentation skills required.
  • Superior organizational & project management skills, ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven experience as a people manager with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ideal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions
  • Willingness to take on various tasks, whether mundane or exciting, to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advanced ability to leverage prior marketing and advertising campaign experience knowledge to achieve desired results.
  • Experience driving results with awareness, sales, and CTV marketing campaigns
  • Change champion enthusiastic about continuous improvement.
  • Minimal travel may be required for this position
