Job Description:
- Ensure the Automated Sorting Machine's (ASM) reliability during operating hours
- Perform maintenance & troubleshooting of ASM on site
- Read and interpret maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics to perform required maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting
- Work with machine vendors to perform emergency maintenance on machines and avoid unplanned downtime
- Develop training materials for ASM operations and centreline to ensure machine reliability
- Follow and conduct the preventive maintenance plan
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience in electronic maintenance and repair work on the belt, conveyor, and pulley systems
- Willing to learn and ensure the machine is always ready for usage
- Able to troubleshoot machine problems and document issues for learning
- Willingness to learn, take ownerships, and be involved in ensuring machine reliability
- Solve equipment / system problem(s) through recognized methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis)
- Have sufficient knowledge to operate the computer
- Willing to be placed in Cakung, and work on the shifting schedule
