Job Description:

  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Develop plans and schemes for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing scheme
  • Build up and maintain the inventory of all current and upcoming supplies
  • Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, commercial terms, and price options
  • Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
  • Work with IT technical team and HQ procurement team to propose good solutions from commercial perspective, ensure out-coming high quality products/supplies
  • Participate in negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, and verify the best option from suppliers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of business administration, accounting or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience operating in a similar role
  • Knowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/process
  • Talent in negotiations and networking
  • Strong analytical skill, accurate and precise attention to details
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
  • Good resource of supplier solutions is added advantage
  • Work experience in IT Suppliers/IT industry is added advantage
  • Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with HQ Procurement team
