Job Description

  • Develop data structure to support the setup of key trackers and reports for end-to-end management of new sellers (i.e., from lead generation to incubation)
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders i.e., other teams within Seller Management and Business Intelligence to develop best-in-class database to provide timely and accurate data insights 
  • Work with other teams within Seller Management to develop and update centralized business models, with clear and logical assumptions, to support the projection, planning and target setting for seller growth
  • Highlight high-level insights and trends for other stakeholders to deep-dive into
  • Pull together the data and insights needed to support other teams on the development of new initiatives and enhancement of existing initiatives
  • Extract key insights on performance of sellers and initiatives for management reporting, 



  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses
  • Experience building quantitative models with ability to handle large datasets
  • Advanced usage of MS Excel; coding and/or SQL skills a plus
  • 3-5 years work experience in related fields (e.g. investment banking, banking and finance, consulting, tech)
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Result oriented, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about learning and high curiosity for e-commerce industry
  • Self-motivated individuals with high ownership and proactiveness
