- Drive Shopee platform growth through developing and executing Mega campaigns, Category campaigns and Initiative campaigns
- Identify key trends and campaign mechanics that drives traffic and sales conversion on Shopee platform
- Leverage analytical skills to develop business strategies, find root causes of troubles and enable advanced decision making.
- Responsible to drive full cycle campaign project management; hands on execution, monitoring and reporting
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and coordination across multiple teams, including Business Development, Operations and cross functional Marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging cohesively appeals to target audiences
- Real-time monitoring of campaign performance through various metrics and analysis, identifying gaps and innovate to improve subsequent campaign performance
- Advocate and execute innovative improvements of campaign performance and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business /Engineering/ Marketing or other relevant field of studies from a reputable university.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in Project Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Media Planning or other relevant experience(s).
- Comfortable working with numbers, analytical and sharp
- Strong project management and executional abilities. Willing to be hands-on
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Fluent English
