The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy/solution across external and internal media channels for brands. The role requires strong knowledge of the digital media, paid-owned-earned media model and potential growth drivers from brands on an e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be work with local marketing solution managers and other regional cross functional teams such as regional Brand Partnership, Regional Online Marketing and Marketing Analytics.


  • Work with local Marketing Solutions team closely on regional OM initiatives to meet marketing investment goals of each market
  • Attend external events to present Shopee’s latest marketing solution offering
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to meet various business needs across the region
  • Work closely with regional OM and marketing insights team to make sure all brand driven traffic has been accurately tagged and reported
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis and reporting for internal and external business review
  • Provide training/guidance to local Marketing Solutions team


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing
  • 3-5 years in sales operations, good at business reporting, project management and business presentations
  • Have knowledge of online marketing landscape in SEA Experience in using Google Analytics, Adwords, FB Ads and other retargeting channels will be a plus
  • Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
  • Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets
  • Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and a team player
  • Speaking one of the languages besides English (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.) will be a plus due to interactions with stakeholders across offices
