Job Description:

  • Manage own fleet (truck) management team to support daily operations
  • Oversee mass truck acquisition process from bidding, negotiation and handover
  • Manage day-to-day truck usage and ensure SOP has been met
  • Provide visibility on own fleet usage, performance and cost
  • Identify issues, bottleneck, or risks and initiate the project to solve the following concern


  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Knowledge/experience in logistics or business field would be a plus
  • Excellent in communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving are preferred
  • Basic Office (Excel and PowerPoint) / G-suite (Google sheet and slide) is required
  • Can-do attitude, Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work 6 days per week. Flexible in working days
