Job Description:

  • End-to-end management of functional training programs, including instructor-led training and e-learning courses for Product and Engineering teams 
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify training needs and build a catalogue of learning content according to business needs
  • Liaise with content specialist/subject matter experts to provide support in learning design and facilitate delivery and evaluation of training 
  • Develop e-learning using Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise, including conceptualising visuals/storyboards based on requirements and raw content from content experts
  • Perform editorial and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure e-learning coursewares are free of errors
  • Build a pool of trainers and experts and empower them to deliver high-quality training and create positive learning experiences
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant projects/L&D experience preferred
  • Highly meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Positive working attitude and a strong team player
  • Passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is a plus
  • Prior experience using other e-learning authoring tools/graphic design/storyboarding/scripting is a plus
