Job Description:

  • Responsible for onboarding training and overall mentoring needs of the Business Development Team
  • Educate employees on all necessary and helpful information about Shopee, its systems, and the processes
  • Schedule and sends out calendar invites for training
  • Update training materials 
  • Act as a bridge between Business Development and other departments
  • Guide employees regarding the updates on internal systems
  • In-charge of other administrative work such as:
    • Updating PH and Regional Training Trackers
    • Updating/creating important trackers for the improvement of our training (survey forms, training request forms, etc.)
    • Updating BD Employees List from time-to-time
    • Monitoring BD Employees Attendance
    • Performing other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management
  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant end-to-end training work experience
  • With people management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite tools
  • Superior analytical capabilities and writing abilities, able to maintain data confidentiality
  • Good communication and implementation skills
  • Experienced in coordination and negotiation
  • Adaptable, willing to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work from home during the pandemic
