Job Description:

  • Acts as a business consultant and trusted advisor to a variety of internal stakeholders (service lines, functional teams) by providing an assessment the risk landscape of the organization
  • Provides direction and thought leadership to teams of risk experts and functional leads in the implementation of policies, processes, and other changes, ensuring they improve the business
  • Works together with the Communications team in the implementation of communication plan to educate key stakeholders on policies, processes, and other changes that impact the organization
  • Recognizes and manages risks, putting in place necessary mitigation plans and communicating to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree, preferably in Risk Management, Legal Management, Business Management and Administration, or related fields
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Crisis Management and Risk Assessment in a similar environment
  • Has experience in operational risk or business process audit
  • Has experience in developing and monitoring the delivery of efficient and effective processes to diverse and complex problems
  • With good leadership and people management skills
  • Ability work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Management consulting background would be a bonus
