  • Coordinating with operations team to reconcile staff attendance on daily basis
  • Verifying and approving staff request to waive attendance penalty
  • Solving issues related to staff attendance, OT and workshift
  • Acting as ground team contact point for any inquiry about attendance


  • Bachelor's degree or above, no specific field required
  • Experience in related field (clerk, accountant, or secretary) is a plus
  • Basic computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel) are required
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills are required
  • Able to work 6 days a week, work on Sunday and public holiday (occasionally)
