Job Description:

  • Deliver and facilitate soft skills and/or business related training
  • Responsible for designing and conducting onboarding programmes
  • Liaise with cross-country teams on townhall events and leadership trainings
  • Provide latest updates and learning materials on intranet and portals
  • Design and develop training content, learning programmes that meet required learning objectives of the sessions
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify training needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Continuously improve on existing training programmes, and training processes
  • Value add with creative ideas on training approaches, with an emphasis on activity-based learning
  • Work with relevant stakeholders in designing E-learning content based on programme requirements
  • Guide and develop junior Trainers in the team
  • Be an ambassador for continuous Learning and Development

Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in Adult Education Learning and Development, Training and Coaching
  • Bilingual in both English and Korea for cross-country projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stakeholder management
  • Facilitation and presentation impact with ability to capture attention and influence audiences
  • Creative in exploring new ways of running engaging training sessions and programmes
  • Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
  • Experienced in guiding and supervising other team members
  • Clear passion for training and people development
