The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.


What will be your main responsabilities?

  • Develop education content that would be used as a basis of various content such as articles, videos or slides for our Help Center
  • Provide essential communication, documentation, QA testing and system support for daily operations and projects
  • Coordinate with all Shopee stakeholder from various level and department to monitor production of material
  • Ensure all materials are published in timely manner
  • Able to conduct small briefing session for Customer Operations
  • Involved in handling issues and bugs

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Solid experience in CS area
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics and Google sites will be an added advantage
  • Advanced or Fluent English (to be tested during interview)
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, can work under pressure
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
