Job Description

  • Lead campus recruitment team to drive both recruitment and development of talent programs.
  • Collaborate with Shopee’s management team and business managers to drive the achievements of campus recruitment.
  • Plan and manage campus relationships, timelines of campus initiates, and outreach strategies.
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies for Shopee Careers fan page.
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders across the regional markets.
  • Demonstrable experience in setting strategic goals and tasks in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Requirement 

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and experience in solving complex problems.
  • Strong leadership and ownership to empowering team achievements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills in managing recruitment projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
