Job Description:

  • Identify key decision makers with brand and build trust in the relationship to
    create a strong seller adding to Shopee platform, including educating,
    driving sales revenue/orders, and excellent operations
  • Project management of all activities and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Analyze performance and report on current lead generation. Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data
  • Initiate marketing strategy and negotiate successful deals with sellers in
    accordance with internal and brand campaigns
  • Educating sellers on ways of working with Shopee
  • Educating sellers on Shopee features, promotional campaigns, and operational
  • Pitch to brands to secure investments to be invested to Shopee though Shopee
    features/visibilities and key campaigns
  • Provide business advisory and provide clear insights to build strong basic
  • Able to coordinate with cross functional team to identify issues and follow up on
  • Deliver multiple projects to support Mall growth and able to follow through to
    ensure excellent quality of execution
  • Able to collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and able to
    share ideas to help team to improve performance
  • Have high accountability and responsibility to follow through each task as well as
    high ownership of each account


  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • University graduate with a relevant bachelor degree
  • Previous e-commerce experience and merchandising knowledge a plus, but not a must; prefer Account Management from Agency
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to prepare data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
  • Good knowledge of English language and Google Docs, Sheets, and Docs
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • High levels of creativity and details orientation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and independent learner
  • Humble, willing to learn and show adaptability
  • Reliable and good team player, strong customer service orientation with a willingness to work in a demanding and performance-driven environment
