Job Description:

  • Ability to develop deep understanding of performance levers to analyse trends and drive efficiencies for the games business.
  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluating post-product/feature launches to ensure sustainable growth of player bases.
  • Balance and pivot between P&L driving initiatives as well as base growing acquisition activities.
  • Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across function & countries to ensure successful executions.
  • Guide team members (Game owner) to problem solve and provide insights based on analysis.

 Requirement:

  • Degree/masters from relevant institutions.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, engagement, growth, ecommerce or similar.
  • Strong project management and execution abilities.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills who is familiar with analysing trends and making clear recommendations.
  • Performance & data driven, team-player who enjoys fast-paced environment.
  • Independent problem solver with strong sense of ownership.
  • Leadership experience is required.
