As Key Account Management (Heath & Wellness), you will work coordinately with team, Lead Key Account, and Junior Category management and under Category Manager. The main responsibility is to manage performance of the assigned brand and building it as if it were your own

Job Description

1. Account management

  • Define, implement and execute the business development / growth strategy for the category as well brand on hands
  • Help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants to grow as the category grows or the category under management grow.
  • Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
  • Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships
  • Initiate extra projects to category ensuring platform growth expectation

2. Relationship management

  • Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the category
  • Work closely with 3rd party partners to ensure all execution are completed successfully

3. Partnerships

  • Secure exclusive partner partnerships for key campaigns such as 9.9/11.11
  • Secure  new exclusive product launches, sponsorship and exciting mechanics each month/quarter for PR pushes

4. Reporting

  • Plan the B2C landscape for each category by analyzing category sales performance
  • Work closely with the respective categories' RM and BI to achieve overall category's mall targets


  • Ideally 1-3 years of working experience preferably in Key Account Management/FMCG/Retail profiles
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
  • Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
  • Experience with business development, sales or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus
  • Driven and motivated
