This role drives the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage our Product and Engineering talent pool at Shopee.

We work closely with the Product and Engineering leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of our talent strategies and contribute to the development of overall business goals. 

 

Job Description

  • Lead and develop innovative internal communications plan and engagement campaigns  

  • Design and produce the internal communications materials and channels including but not limited to announcements, memos, presentations, newsletters, town halls, and blog

  • Report and provide insights on the impact and performance of communication solutions and activities

  • Collaborate closely with different internal stakeholders across teams to create editorial content for various events and campaigns

  • Build good stakeholder relationships across departments to uncover gaps and ensure effective implementation of internal communications plans

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experiences in employee or internal communications functions or relevant fields

  • Past working experience in a start-up/tech environment preferred

  • Ability to collaborate closely and professionally with senior management stakeholders

  • Passionate about building culture and employee engagement

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (optional) to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders.
