Job Description:

  • Manage inter island operations in terms its performance, compliance & optimizing its processes.
  • Working closely with team on matters related to roro operations
  • Working with Business Intelligence team to ensure all automated reports are being sent timely and accurately
  • Established and keeping track daily/weekly/monthly Roro performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost.
  • Monitor & analyze Roro operational performance in terms of service, cost, productivity & efficiency. Monitor financial indicators - P&L, invoicing, invoice quality, COD, claims
  • Analyzed & work closely with team for corrective & preventive solutions
  • Lead the monthly performance review within team & vendors
  • Simplifying & standardizing roro processes for better compliance & improve services
  • Initiate staff development programs in terms of identifying training needs & people development strategies
  • Coaching & motivating team members

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with direct reports responsibility
  • Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
  • Attention to detail in Productivity Management
  • Good Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and English
  • Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
  • Commitment and ability to adjust and work on non-standard hours for long term (shifts and nights)
  • At least 5 years of Supervisory to Managerial Level Experience in Operations
