Job Description:

  • Define, implement and execute business development growth projects for Cross Border logistics
  • Conduct business analysis and performance reporting of projects/operations to facilitate senior leadership decision making
  • Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimize existing practices
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis and have a deep understanding of the market landscape, user behaviors, and plan the most effective solution/innovative strategy for business growth
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop and implement the growth strategy for the Cross Border logistics, including study on new model, launch new projects.
  • Help bridge the gap between the various relevant teams

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal stakeholders from across the region
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, prior experience in consulting will be advantageous
  • Strong ability to manage and groom a dynamic team
  • Possess strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
  • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
