• Develop IMC strategy and executions plan for O2O campaigns that answer business objectives 
  • Project owner of 360 communications: drive cross-functional team to develop holistic communication
  • Monitor communication deliverables on a regular basis, make brief presentations, evaluate performance, and develop plans
  • Analyse and report on all campaigns, providing results and actionable recommendations to the stakeholders
  • Responsible for obtaining and analysing the advanced knowledge of industry and consumer trends and information, and product categories to help identify future source of growth


  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in IMC or related field 
  • Ability to solve problems creatively
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills  
  • Strong creative, leadership, critical thinking skills
  • Capability to make decisions under pressure  
  • Good command of English  
  • Can-do attitude, work well under pressure, and quick adaptation to change
