Job Description

  • Develop talent strategies to support Shopee’s regional teams
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the regional markets to solve complex organisational challenges through people related solutions
  • Design and conceptualise talent solutions and frameworks to drive optimal talent outcomes across the region.
  • Manage strategic talent programmes aimed at driving business value across the region.
  • Provide thought leadership on areas such as Talent Management, Key Talent strategies, Performance & Rewards, Learning Development, Engagement, Recruitment.
  • Influence and guide stakeholders across the organization to manage complex initiatives to deliver best-in-class programs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant HR or management consulting experience, with a specialisation in one of the domain practices - Recruitment, Talent Development, Key Talent Strategies, Performance & Rewards, Engagement

  • Passion for people, organisational, and cultural transformation

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions

  • Ability to foster relationships, and work collaboratively across different seniority levels within Shopee

  • Good knowledge of Talent Management frameworks and tools

  • Mature, driven and able to think proactively to identify talent programme opportunities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Proven ability operating independently in a fast-paced and complex environment
