The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing, and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategizing and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localize marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers.



Work side-by-side with the BI team and Marketing team to build performance analysis and provide insights to assist in business decisions.

Conduct deep-dive analyses and process ad-hoc data requests for campaign marketing.

Continuous improvement on weekly strategic reports for directors and C-level.

Takes an active role in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness.

Independently explore new approaches to analyze and present data.



Bachelor's degree (preferable in STEM).

Experience in intelligence, data analytics, strategy, and planning.

Strong grasp of Excel

Story-telling abilities to create a compelling story using data and present insights.

Hard-working, adaptable person with the ability to work independently and proactively.



Previous experience in management and strategy consultancy.

Advanced English.

Experience with any data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio, Looker).
