Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns for digital financial services such as digital bank.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Business Intelligence, and other marketing functions (e,g. social media, partnerships, PR, online marketing, offline marketing, graphic design) to develop and optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct data analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate performance, and offer ongoing recommendations to optimize and innovate on campaigns to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Develop new user acquisition and user retention mechanics to drive growth for digital financial services such as digital bank.
  • Research on trends across e-commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations and coordinate with internal stakeholders under tight timelines and pressure. Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
  • An analytical and structured thinker, with the curiosity and ability to understand and derive insights from data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Independent and self-motivated individual, that takes end-to-end ownership of projects and is able to go hands-on with execution. Enjoys challenges and is open to taking on new and ambiguous projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English.
  • Reliable team player, who is able to work collaboratively and has good social skills.

 

Bonus:

  • Minimally a degree holder with majors in Business, Marketing, or Communications and prior experience (including internships) in marketing, CRM, e-commerce, or banking roles
