Job Description:

  • Design, organize, handle, coordinate, and implement corporate social responsibility projects of SPX
  • Strategically target recipient communities for CSR projects
  • Create and run monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for implemented CSR projects
  • Seek and secure partnerships with non-government organizations and government agencies for CSR projects

Requirements:

  • Preferably a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or Entrepreneurial Marketing with a professional license. Relevant master’s degree is an advantage
  • Resciding or  amenable to hold office in North Luzon (e.g Baguio City)
  • Preferably able to understand and speak local dialiects
  • 3-5 years of experience in related work
  • Good knowledge of project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation techniques
  • Experience in eCommerce, Logistics, Warehousing, or Transportation industries is highly desirable
  • Above-average analytical, planning, and organizing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
  • Proficient in Google Docs and/or MS Office
  • Confident to represent the company to meetings with external stakeholders
  • Team player, a critical thinker, has initiative, and is a self-starter
  • Must have a long-term plan to work and grow with the company
  • Must have strong connections with government personnel and leaders
