Job Description

  • Ensure the consistency of operation process for outbound payment by reviewing every stage of payment and make sure that it processes as expected
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team and other associated teams to solve customers’ problems. 
  • Answer the questions, manage situations and brainstorm with team to fix the issue
  • Prepare and perform reconciliation report upon request

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • New graduates are also welcome.
  • Experiences in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage
  • Basic in English communication and fluent in Thai
  • Good in MS office program (Excel) is a plus
  • Hard-working ,energetic personality with Can-Do attitude  
  • Logical thinking and willing to learn
