- Ensure the consistency of operation process for outbound payment by reviewing every stage of payment and make sure that it processes as expected
- Work closely with the Customer Service team and other associated teams to solve customers’ problems.
- Answer the questions, manage situations and brainstorm with team to fix the issue
- Prepare and perform reconciliation report upon request
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- New graduates are also welcome.
- Experiences in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage
- Basic in English communication and fluent in Thai
- Good in MS office program (Excel) is a plus
- Hard-working ,energetic personality with Can-Do attitude
- Logical thinking and willing to learn
