Job Description :

  • Experience in fraud detection, investigation, mitigation, remedial and preventive action
  • Build & maintain dashboards to provide visibility of key metrics, fraud patterns and detection efficiency
  • Recommend Anti-Fraud rules for changing transaction patterns and trends
  • Fraud support team lead requires to lead system developments and new business on boarding projects across Operations
  • Able to work cross functionally with other departments (Operations, Development, Business Intelligence (BI), Sales, Product, Engineering, Executive Leadership) to ensure the programs being created are aligned with company wide initiatives
  • Recommend feasible preventive/corrective measure for process improvement, i.e. SOP revamp, analysis, rules implementation, etc
  • Programming languages (HTML, SQL) to drive process automation 
  • Administrate Workforce Management (WFM) tool to ensure the information is accurate and up to date, especially in the capacity of planning and scheduling
  • Perform real-time monitoring and mitigation action plans. Work closely with management to execute it
  • Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements : 

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, economics or finance
  • Fraud support team lead requires a minimum of 5 years experience leading within Financial Services with management experience in the areas of support operations, project management, quality, learning and development
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of WFM function & processes, especially in capacity planning and scheduling
  • With high expertise in SQL to assist on Data Support, Analytical Support and Forecasting and Planning Possess experience in Business Analytics / Statistics / Data Science 
  • Experience with Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) / Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Robotic Process Automation projects preferred
  • Lean six sigma green belt and above
  • Spreadsheet proficiency and strong analytical skills mandatory
  • Self-starter, work independently with limited guidance, solution orientated and team player
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment
