Job Description:

  • Leading and overseeing the collections team in the end-to-end collection operations
  • Establishing and setting KPIs for the team and ensuring they are met or exceeded
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and quantifiable future growth plans for the team
  • Develop strategies to facilitate and support portfolio targets, including coaching and resolving any problems and conflicts
  • Prepare periodic reports on analysis and strategy resolution as and when required by the Management
  • Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, preferably in business or finance
  • Minimum 5 years experience in collection operations with at least 3 years of experience in the role of people management
  • Familiar in the dealings with third party collections vendors will be an added advantage
  • Possess experience in business-to-consumer (B2C)
  • Experience and detailed oriented especially in analytical and business reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management skill and highly independent 
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment
