Job Description

  • Manages offline inventory of items and branding materials
  • Ensures timely submission of purchase requests, liquidation, suppliers payment, reimbursements, approval forms, and other necessary documents
  • Handle requests for merchandise, corporate gifts, and giveaways
  • Sources and coordinates with suppliers in the procurement of various merchandise
  • Coordinates with Finance and Legal team
  • Provides administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs as needed
  • Liaise with external partners to respond to their inquiries and monitor contract and payment statuses. 

Requirements:

  • College graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in administration or finance preferred 
  • Good time management skills, can  multitask and prioritize work
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Highly meticulous
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Approachable personality and works well in a team 
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets, is an advantage
  • Adept with numbers and able to apply this skill in a business setting
