Job Description

  • Knowledgeable in online community content policies in SEA markets and able to translate them into product initiatives and features
  • Analyse and assess data and issues related to content safety policies within specific markets or around specific topics, produce reports to support decision-making
  • Research and develop content safety policy features and solutions to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our users and content creators 
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of the content quality and to manage content risk  
  • Monitor, research, identify potential safety risks in product feature domains and rapidly-evolving online community 
  • Leverage and develop safety solutions to effectively address risks
  • Collaborate across teams to implement and streamline cross-functional workflow to optimise safety implementation and for continuous improvement
  • Provide prompt and professional input from the user safety perspective to support product feature development


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related industry experience in content policy management, digital content, online community management experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, well-versed in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to facilitate cross border communications and collaborations
  • Proficiency in another Southeast Asian language (optional) to communicate with internal stakeholders across the region
  • Have a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, and has a strong sense of ownership
  • Robust quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills with strong logical and critical thinking abilities
  • Open to receiving and giving feedback
  • Willing to try new things
