Job Description:

  • Be a leader and not a boss in managing 10+ highly talented marketing solutions seniors and juniors – covering five business pillars
  • Be a strategic thinker in exploring creative means to attain Marketing Solutions (CPAS, GSA, AMS, MSP) revenue and activation targets
  • Be a partner to external brands/agencies/platform on business and media partnerships and to internal Cluster Leads and senior management on program initiatives and alignment
  • Be a collaborator between TH and Regional team in redefining the roles and responsibility and the status quo processes, providing local insights and key business opportunities, and ensuring a cohesive Marketing Solutions approach across APAC
  • Be a multiplier in removing roadblocks for team members to shine and to grow


  • 8+ years of working experience
  • Experienced with leading a dynamic team of exceptional talents
  • Experienced working with regional cross functional teams and brand’s/agencies’ C-levels, directors, and/or head of digital
  • Knowledgeable on e-commerce marketing planning, executing, and optimization. Knowledgeable and passionate about Marketing Solutions (CPAS, GSA, AMS, MSP)
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and be the owner of one’s responsibility
