Job Description:
- Analyze past campaign performance and reporting on the current campaigns’. Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data.
- Monitor and report projects’ performance, deep dive into different data aspects to further understand, find out areas for improvement and adjust accordingly
- Actively identify key areas for innovation and optimize team working processes
- Co-ordinate Merchandise internal activities
- Communicate with various functions to keep track and facilitate teams’ activities
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line managers
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, E-commerce; or other related functions
- Proficient use of Excel is a must, good knowledge of data analysis using other tools such as Power Bi is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to break down problems, draw insights from data and design practical solutions
- High sense of responsibility, be nimble, agile and able to quickly adapt to changes
- Good communication and organization skills to work across functional teams
