Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities such as monitoring the cause of payment declines and assessments of payment card fees
  • Analyze various areas of the business to identify trends or opportunities for process optimization or payment channel integration 
  • Solve daily payments issues creatively, to ensure optimal payment acceptance practices with other core departments
  • Continuously seek for initiative to reduce payment costs or come up with new payment initiatives
  • Able to see through root cause of problems and come up with impactful strategies to drive business change in daily operations
  • Other ad hoc tasks include people management, lead the team to achieve company’s mission and vision 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Payments' projects from Fintech or E-commerce 
  • Strong understanding on payment card brand rules and regulations, payments acceptance process and systems involved
  • Basic product awareness on technical payment process knowledge is required
  • Able to drive and implement ideas to present findings in fast paced environment 
  • Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL is desirable
  • Fluency in English is a must
