Job Description

Plan, build and execute social media strategy through daily posts on different platforms to achieve marketing targets
Perform community building on social media proactively by monitoring and replying followers to ensure Shopee offers the best user experience Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Conceptualise new ways to promote Shopee and optimise its pages to connect with audiences
Collaborate with other teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches and campaigns
Proactively spot trends, research new methods, new social media channels to apply for Shopee to improve users’ engagement.

Requirements:

Deep understanding of social media management
Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Socialbakers, FacebookInsights to monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of channels & ensure the performance
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media & social networking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
