Job Description:

  • Responsible for the successful resolution of investigations related to losses incurred or crimes perpetrated at SPX.
  • Pursues investigative leads to initiate and conduct investigations to resolve fraud committed on SPX platforms.
  • Develop trend reporting and analysis of online transactions, using business intelligence tools in conjunction with transactional data.
  • Independently investigate and resolve cases that require in depth analysis and work within a team unit to optimize success.
  • Effectively communicate with multiple SPX business units and partnership.
  • Summarize and document the investigative steps and evidence that support the decision reached in the investigation.
  • May perform other Corporate Investigations Team related tasks depending on the needs of the business, which can include internal theft and fraud, external theft and mitigating brand risk.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Management or any related course
  • Experience in eCommerce, Data Analysis, experience with Fraud Detection Methods and Resolution
  • Knowledge of commonly used eCommerce fraud prevention concepts, practices, procedures and fraud schemes. Knowledge of law enforcement practices involving sophisticated digital investigations.
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Ability to write concise and factual investigative reports.
  • Skilled in data analytics, statistical reporting, research and critical thinking skill
