Job Description:

  • Develop and execute communications plans for cascading and educating Shopee stakeholders on various Commercial and Operations topics
  • Provide recommendations in terms of target audience, messaging, channel, and cadence in order to achieve the desired results of communications initiatives
  • Work with other team members to track implementation of communications initiatives and identify the need to make adjustments to the plan
  • Develop a deep understanding of various seller policies, processes, and operational guidelines
  • Create easy-to-understand articles and other written content as part of information cascade and seller education initiatives
  • Work and liaise with cross-functional teams to implement consistent communications across the organization related to all seller-impacting policies and initiatives
  • Work with PR Crisis Management to identify potential causes of crisis, craft response plans, and monitor action items
  • Drive continuous improvement of communications initiatives by identify gaps and areas for development
  •  

 

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience; preferably in corporate communications or public relations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong project management and executional abilities
  • Adaptable with ambiguous information
  • Self-motivated, proactive in learning and able to work under pressure
  • Organized and has strong attention to detail
  • Good and reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
