Job Description:

  • Implement and coordinate culture, employee recognition and engagement initiatives and organizational processes
  • Organize and execute various workshops and focus group sessions related to OD initiatives such as career progression, employee engagement etc.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from different teams and offices to execute OD initiatives
  • Research on industry practices and benchmarking to support the development of organization-wide HR policies and initiatives
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to increase team and organization efficiency and effectiveness across departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university, background in Human Resources Management/Psychology would be a plus
  • 2 years of working experience preferred
  • Good team player who is adaptable, self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
  • Strong execution and analytical skills is required
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
