Job Description:

  • Responsible for operational aspects of Mart initiatives, including but not limited to, setting up of campaigns, re-arrangement/curation of products & scheduling of microsites & banners
  • Assist in the creative planning, execution, & optimisation of regular Mart initiatives
  • Manage owned in-app assets including but not limited to curated search, banners & microsites
  • Coordinate across internal & external stakeholders (e.g. commercial team, operations team etc.) for campaign execution & optimisation
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visuals for online & offline marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market intelligence
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or other relevant degrees
  • Highly meticulous, well-organised & detail-oriented
  • Strong stakeholder & project management skills, with the ability to build rapport & coordinate with various stakeholders under tight timelines & pressure
  • Reliable & self-motivated, enjoys challenges & taking ownership of tasks. Flexible to taking on new, unfamiliar & difficult tasks or projects
  • Strong analytical skills & proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience (including internships) in marketing, e-commerce, brands, creative agencies or other roles with high level of coordination would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator would be a bonus
